TERMS of Service
 
www.mangaloretodayproperties.com can add and delete the kind of services provided any time with or without prior notice in this Service Agreement.
 
Services for the purpose of this Agreement means the Services to be provided by the Company to the User of www.mangaloretodayproperties.com and shall include the provision of following facilities:
 
Service to the Users wishing to post their listing for the purpose of sale/rental of their property, and for users providing property services etc.,

Service to the Users who wishes to seek a property through www.mangaloretodayproperties.com and its Internet links.
 
Service to the users who wishes to place a print advertisement in any of the group publications through the www.mangaloretodayproperties.com site.

Service to the Users who wishes to insert advertisements at www.mangaloretodayproperties.com

Service to the Users who wishes to receive advertisements and promotional messages on and through emails

Service:
Service provided by us is absolutely free, we will not collect commission from customers (buyers), however any extra service like documentation, legal service, assistance in getting property registration and arranging home loan will be charged depending on the service requested.
 
Suspension of Services:
If any amount payable by the advertiser to the Company is not paid on the due date, the Company may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may be available to it suspend the Service provided to the Member.
 
Upon subsequent payment by the User of such monies as demanded by the Company, the Company may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, restore the Service
 
Mangaloretodayproperties.com may at its sole discretion from time to time offer you variety of features and facilities for the service.
 
Property Listing Fees and Payment:
The applicable rate for the Service provided shall be such as mentioned in the "List Property" page or as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time
 
Where property listing fees accrues it shall be payable at or within such time as stated or informed by the Company to the advertiser.
 
The property listing fees can be paid by the Member through Net Banking / DD or though Cheque
 
The Services will be activated only on realization of the payment.
