Land Trades - Solitaire receives CRISILs 7 Star grading

Mangaluru, November 14, 2019: Land Trades Builders & Developers is proud to announce that its prestigious freshly completed project ‘Solitaire’, has received the highest real estate project grading of ‘7 Stars’ from CRISIL. As per CRISIL’s definition, the ‘7 Stars’ grading indicates maximum potential of a project for being delivered as per agreed specifications and assured time. This is yet another spectacular achievement affirming Land Trades Builders & Developers as a market leader in delivering better quality to customers.

In 2014, Land Trades became the first real estate developer of Mangalore to voluntarily adopt independent grading of its projects by CRISIL and Solitaire is the sixthproject to be rated by CRISIL. Earlier CRISIL had conferred ‘7 Stars’ grading for Insignia, Sai Grandeur and Ourania and ‘6 Stars’ on Maurishka Palace and Atlantis.

CRISIL’s Star Grading (CREST) involves systematic independent assessment of quality based on an eight-point scale that is specific to the city, with ‘7-Star’ being the highest grading and ‘0-Star’ the lowest. The key factors evaluated in the CREST process are: Quality of legal documentation; construction-related risks; financial flexibility/viability of the project; project background and track record of the project sponsor.
