Land Trades Nakshatra inaugurated at Mannagudda

Mangaluru, June 8, 2023: Land Trades Nakshatra, a unique and magnificent 15-storied residential apartment project by the premier real estate firm of the region Land Trades, was inaugurated at Gandhinagar on June 8, Thursday by MLC and District Congress President Harish Kumar.

Mayor Jayanand Anchan presided over the function. Architect Peter Mascarenhas, MFAR Construction CEO Fayaz Khamaruddin, Shashindra Rai, Gokulraj Anil Hegde, Keshav Amin and others who assisted in the completion of the project were felicitated on the occasion.

Managing Director of Land Trades K Srinath Hebbar welcomed the gathering. Land Trades CEO Ramith Siddakatte, Hosadigantha Editor and CEO P S Prakash, Mannagudda Corporator Sandhya Mohan Acharya, Karnataka Bank General Manager Ravichandran S and others were present.

Land Trades Nakshatra features a total of 52 two, three and four-bedroom apartments that are designed for a life of ease and comfort, reflecting a new way of living in Mangaluru.

Situated in Gandhinagar, 8th Cross Road, Mangaluru, Nakshatra is the 40th project of Land Trades. The flats are available in different variants, with floor areas ranging from 1292 sq ft to 2526 sq ft.
The project is designed by architect Peter Mascarenhas of Archi-Technics. The construction work has been executed by MFAR Constructions. The building is designed for 100% Vastu compliance and is approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

Nakshatra has beautifully landscaped open areas, premium features like a visitors’ lobby, Mitsubishi high-speed lifts, and a covered rooftop terrace which also serves as a community space. Basement car parking is provided on four levels of the building.
